2. Intellectual Property

All content within the application, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of SMC. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

3. Use of the Application

Access to MassCat is reserved for users who are at least 18 years old and compliant with local laws.

4. Payment and Subscriptions
‍
MassCat offers three monthly subscription plans: Basic, Pro and Advanced. Both plans come with a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Subscription to MassCat is only available via the Shopify App Store.

5. Free Trial and Cancellation
‍
Users benefit from a 7-day free trial for Basic, Pro and Advanced plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Shopify. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

6. Prohibited Use
‍
Using MassCat for illegal or harmful activities is prohibited. Any violation will result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability
‍
MassCat cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
